    Two Credible Witnesses

    2 Witnesses are required only if the signer:
    - does not have a valid government ID or

    - is a minor (age of less than 18) or
    - is not in any condition to sign his/her name but by mark or
    - is signing a document that is asking for witness(es).

     

    a. An individual is qualified as witness whose name is not included in the document, neither has any interest to the document.

     

    b. 1 Witness is acceptable instead, only if the Witness is known by both Signer and Notary.
