    What to do and what to expect!

    This is How ...

    • You request an appointment by email (Click on the "Schedule Appointment" tab on the heading, then click on the email iCon "Computer Screen") where a formated email will open. Complete the requested items, to the best of your knowledge, and send it to us.
    • In case of no access to your email, questions/concerns and emergency situation call us at 650.520.8801 and mention the date, time, address information, number of signatures and type of document we will be notarizing, contact name & phone number.
    • We reply to your email within 15-20 minutes with appointment confirmation, necessary instructions and a copy of your preliminary invoice.
    • Read the instructions and view the invoice carefully. Then email us back with your questions/concerns and confirmation.
    • Optional: With your confirmation reply, you may want to attach an image of the Signer(s)'s and Witness(es)'s (if applicable) Photo ID's and document(s) to be previewed by us for validation, before we come over. This will expedite the notary process at your location.
    • We drive to your home, care home, hospital, place of business or SFO Airport
    • We notarize your documents
    • You pay the invoice upon completion of notary service
    • That's it!
